The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the www.burgundia.fr website of their rights, the personal data we collect, its uses and our cookie management policy.

Burgundia Œnologie keeps all data collected as long as it is necessary to perform its services and meet legal obligations, or until you unsubscribe from the communication means.
No personal information collected on the www.burgundia.fr website is published, transmitted, exchanged, transferred or sold to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of Burgundia Œnologie and its rights would generate the transmission of this information to the eventual purchaser, who will be in turn subjected to the same obligation of conservation, rectification and suppression of the data with respect to the user of the site.
The website is not declared to the CNIL. The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
