PURITY PLUS AF is a formulation specifically based on PVPP and activated bentonites which can be used as a preventive treatment against oxidation of white and rosé juices, for organoleptic improvement of altered harvests (blocked ripeness, contamination by oidium and/or Botrytis cinerea...) or in the case of refining of certain press wines.
