It is a new dynamic which is established by this collaboration between the Laboratory BURGUNDIA OENOLOGIE and the Laboratory LESIMPLE, actor for more than thirty years of the vineyards of Chablis and the Yonne.

An enlarged team with two oenologist, an enlarged and reactive analytical offer (in particular for the edition of official accredited bulletins), innovative oenological tools, corking solutions... Through this merger, our ambition is to provide the region's winegrowers with a complete, high-quality service, worthy of these great vineyards with a worldwide reputation.


Projects for the construction of a new, modern and spacious laboratory, as well as the accreditation of the laboratory are already underway!
