Aging can become a problem when the lees of wines are not qualitative. Without lees, no aging is possible.

EXELIES ROUGE, a preparation with properties similar to those of natural lees, allows to bring all the qualities expected from a controlled maturation by replacing the lees (redox potential, colloidal stability of red wines, sweetness and organoleptic richness).
