EXELIES RED'EX significantly reduces the taste of reduction without risk of oxidation and loss of fruitiness. The polysaccharides released by the formulation improve volume and roundness in the mouth.
EXELIES RED'EX is a curative treatment and is only used when the defect is noticed (at the end of the alcoholic or malolactic fermentation for example). It is recommended at low doses in white wines and is more commonly used on rosé or red wines.
