ELEGOM is a solution of gum arabic derived exclusively from Acacia Verek. Its composition contributes to the colloidal balance of the wine and reduces the risk of coloring matter deposits in red wines, crystalline deposits of potassium bitartrate when exposed to cold, as well as the risk of ferric breakage in wines.
